These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at timeflow.to and the scheduling, missed-call capture, and job dispatch services provided by TimeFlow (“Timeflow,” “we,” “us”) (the “Service”). By using the Service, submitting a form on our website, or exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. The Service
Timeflow provides scheduling, missed-call capture, and dispatch notification tools for service businesses and the contractors who work with them. This includes sending account and job notification text messages such as missed-call follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and dispatch or arrival notices.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and your consent when you call or text a Timeflow number, or when you submit a form on timeflow.to and agree to receive text messages. We record the date, time, and method of your consent before sending you any message. We do not buy, rent, or share lists, and we do not message numbers that have not opted in.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to you. Reply START to begin receiving messages again. If you opt out, we may still contact you by other means where you have separately consented or where the law allows.

Reply HELP to any message, or email joeb@timeflow.to. This is the fastest way to reach a person about the messages you are receiving.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages; to send messages to people who have not consented; or to interfere with the operation of the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, including your mobile number and service address.
5. Scheduling and dispatch
Appointment windows, arrival estimates, and dispatch times are estimates. They can change because of weather, traffic, parts availability, and conditions at the job site. A scheduled window is not a guarantee of arrival at a specific time.
6. Third-party services
We use third-party providers, including cloud hosting and messaging providers, to operate the Service. Those providers are subject to their own terms, and message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any message will be delivered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Timeflow harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including claims arising from messages you ask us to send.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. We do not share mobile opt-in data or your consent to receive text messages with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
